ecoPayz is fully protected from the Heartbleed bug.
In response to the widespread news of the Heartbleed bug, we can confirm that our systems are fully updated and protected against any potential threats.
As a precautionary measure, we advise all of our customers to change their password. You can do this in one of two ways:
- Go to our login page, click “Forgotten your password?” and you will be taken through a three-step process to change your password.
- Alternatively, log in to your account and under “Manage My Account”, select ‘Personal Settings’ and then click ‘Password’.
It is good practice to change your password frequently and use unique passwords where possible on different websites.
